Okanagan Wealth Advisors was created by Trevor Perepolkin in 2016 as a trade name for his HollisWealth branch. The financial services industry is evolving rapidly and Trevor’s focus was on creating the financial planning company of the future. After working closely with many top financial planning teams across Canada, Trevor had a vision of what the best financial planning company of the future looked like – and made a commitment to making it happen.

Our branch has been a part of our community for almost 30 years. Sharmon Massey has been with our office for 27 of those years. We have many clients who have been with us for 20+ years. Our team has 109 years of combined experience and is committed to helping our clients realize their life’s vision and living their ideal lifestyle.

Okanagan Wealth Advisors found its new home late in 2016 when we moved our branch a few blocks up main street to the iconic Nixon Wenger building. We invite you to come visit our beautiful offices.

Trevor’s vision was anchored on four key differences:

Team Work. Having one person be responsible for all your investment, tax, estate and general financial planning just isn’t enough. Our team of six each has their own specialty, they work together on investment decisions and are more family than co-workers. In our building we also can work with BDO Canada accounting services and the full service legal firm Nixon Wenger.

Professional Designations. Designations matter. We are educated at the highest levels of our industry and are constantly learning and growing our understanding of all things financial planning related.

Following a Strict Investment Process. Emotion has no place when it comes to investment management. Rather we need to focus on logic. Of course that is easier said than done. Following a strict buy/sell process helps to remove emotion and keep you on track to reach your goals.

Following a set of Guiding Principles. Our team is passionate about providing outstanding financial planning and advice services, and to guide us in that quest, we developed our own set of guiding principles that form the core of everything we do.

Professional Designations Matter!

Trust your hard earned savings to those who have higher industry designations!

We feel very strongly about committing to the industry’s highest educational standards, not the lowest. Professional designations are orders of magnitude harder to earn than the relatively simple and quick basic licensing courses. Designations matter!

Each year, our professional designations mandate that we complete at least 30 hours of additional education to keep up with industry changes.

Trust your hard earned savings to those who have higher industry designations!

Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Since incorporation in 1995, the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) has become the premier standards-setter for financial planning in Canada, elevating the standards of the CFP® designation and establishing CFP® certification as the standard for financial planners.
